Chö Healing with Khandro-la

In times of sorrow, illness, grief, or simply the weariness of modern life, there is a practice that meets us not with force, but with song. Chö Healing is a transmission of ancient wisdom offered through the tenderness of presence, the rhythm of the drum, and the resonance of sacred sound.
From the comfort of your home, you're invited to lie down, close your eyes, and receive. In this virtual Chö Healing session, there is no need to strive or understand—only to surrender and trust. Whether you come seeking peace for yourself or carrying the names of loved ones in your heart, this space welcomes all with compassion.
What is Chö Healing?
Chö (གཅོད་), meaning “to sever,” is a deeply embodied ritual practice rooted in Vajrayana Buddhism. Originally developed by the great female adept Machik Labdrön, Chö transforms our habitual grasping and fear into a profound pathway of healing. Through melodic chanting, ceremonial gestures, and drumming, we offer our ego and pain into the vast expanse of awakened awareness.
In Chö Healing, the focus is not only on ourselves—it is also a means of extending blessings to those who are suffering, both living and deceased. It connects us to a timeless lineage of yogis and yoginis who have walked this path before us, offering peace across space and time.

How to Prepare
- A quiet space where you can fully relax
- A blanket or mat to lie down comfortably
- Optional: Names of loved ones for healing dedications
Participants are asked to keep their video on during the session to help preserve the integrity of our sacred shared space. If this is not possible, please contact the Dakini’s Whisper team in advance at dakiniswhisperteam@gmail.com.
Offering and Intention
Chö Healing is offered freely, with love and compassion. Optional donations are welcome and can be made on behalf of others. To include names in the healing dedication, you may submit them by email prior to the session.
Together, we co-create a ripple of peace—one that begins within our own body-mind and radiates outward to touch those we love, our ancestors, and the wider world. This is not just self-care; it is sacred care. Care that flows from the recognition that we are not separate.
“To lie down in the arms of Chö is to let go into the embrace of timeless compassion.”
